Featured on HGTV, Tiffany Hardgrave is the only D.C. metro interior design staging expert with an award-winning International art and design background. With over 17 years of experience, her work consistently breaks pricing records for her Realtor and homeowner clients.

Sought after for her uniquely effective design style, Tiffany is frequently cited as an authority on Washington DC real estate and staging.  She has been featured in Traditional Home, US News & World Report, Elite Realtor Magazine, District Home Design, Spaces, Christie’s Luxury Homes, DC Modern Luxury Magazine and other notable media outlets. Tiffany has been highlighted for her role in designing and staging DC celebrity politicos’ and professional sports players’ homes in the luxury real estate market.

Tiffany began her studies while living abroad for more than a decade. Her years in Japan and Korea helped her understand the Asian esthetic. From feng shui to Kon Mari; from Indonesia to Hong Kong to Tasmania, the impact of Asian culture and simplicity is apparent in much of her work.  Tiffany was also greatly influenced by years of design and study in Europe. In 2005 Tiffany moved to Newmarket, England (near Cambridge) where she had the opportunity to travel and learn about European design first-hand. She attended Regents Academy London for her interior design degree. Tiffany continued her design experience by working for several interior design firms on the High Street in Cambridge. Tiffany furthered her artistic training after being accepted into a prestigious arts school in Verona, Italy. There she reinforced her arts education and design training.  During her time in Italy, she honed her color skills in the art of Venetian plaster and mural application which further refined her color sense.

Juleen discovered her love for design at an early age while living in Jerusalem, always dreaming of studying in the U.S. to pursue her passion. She made that dream a reality when she moved to Washington D.C. and earned her bachelor's degree in Interior Design and her master’s degree in IT Software Engineering. Over the past four years, Juleen has worked her way up from being an intern to lead stager at Masterpiece Staging and Design, bringing her extensive experience and global perspective to every project. Her background, which includes work with international interior design firms, furniture construction companies, and design retailers, has sharpened her exceptional eye for style and detail. No detail gets past Juleen’s careful observation!

Juleen has staged luxury properties ranging from $1 million to $25 million, making her a trusted expert in the high-end staging market. She takes great pride in creating designs that delight clients and home buyers alike, and her ability to transform homes into stunning showcases makes her a standout star in the luxury staging industry.

Georgina Santana Aldana

Georgina is a talented and detail-oriented lead stager, fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.Originally from Portugal, Georgina completed her education in the U.S. and spent several years in the corporate world before pursuing her passion for home design. She joined an interior design firm where she worked on multi-million dollar homes, designing for a diverse range of clients and projects.

With a passion for perfection, Georgina ensures that every home she stages captures its unique essence while appealing to potential buyers. Her multilingual abilities enhance her communication with clients from various backgrounds, allowing her to create personalized staging solutions.

In addition to her role as a stager, Georgina also runs a Christmas tree decorating business, where her artistry shines during the holiday season. One of her custom-designed trees was proudly featured in Better Homes and Gardens, a testament to her creativity and design expertise. Whether she’s styling a luxury home or crafting a holiday masterpiece, she approaches her work with care, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and that every project is executed to the highest standard.

Courtney Knaus

With a strong foundation in interior design curated from studying at the Southwest University of Visual Arts in Albuquerque, NM, and influenced by a three-year residency in Spain, Courtney brings a unique blend of style and sophistication to the DMV.

As a seasoned kitchen, bathroom, and home designer, Courtney has had the privilege of staging and designing many multimillion-dollar homes since 2018. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction ensure exceptional results.

From concept to completion, she offers expert guidance and personalized support. Courtney firmly believes that it's the little details that make the biggest difference.
