Featured on HGTV, Tiffany Hardgrave is the only D.C. metro interior design staging expert with an award-winning International art and design background. With over 17 years of experience, her work consistently breaks pricing records for her Realtor and homeowner clients.
Sought after for her uniquely effective design style, Tiffany is frequently cited as an authority on Washington DC real estate and staging. She has been featured in Traditional Home, US News & World Report, Elite Realtor Magazine, District Home Design, Spaces, Christie’s Luxury Homes, DC Modern Luxury Magazine and other notable media outlets. Tiffany has been highlighted for her role in designing and staging DC celebrity politicos’ and professional sports players’ homes in the luxury real estate market.
Tiffany began her studies while living abroad for more than a decade. Her years in Japan and Korea helped her understand the Asian esthetic. From feng shui to Kon Mari; from Indonesia to Hong Kong to Tasmania, the impact of Asian culture and simplicity is apparent in much of her work. Tiffany was also greatly influenced by years of design and study in Europe. In 2005 Tiffany moved to Newmarket, England (near Cambridge) where she had the opportunity to travel and learn about European design first-hand. She attended Regents Academy London for her interior design degree. Tiffany continued her design experience by working for several interior design firms on the High Street in Cambridge. Tiffany furthered her artistic training after being accepted into a prestigious arts school in Verona, Italy. There she reinforced her arts education and design training. During her time in Italy, she honed her color skills in the art of Venetian plaster and mural application which further refined her color sense.
Awarded “Top 10 stager” in the design industry in the USA numerous time by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), Tiffany’s clients today benefit from her artistic and uniquely effective design strategies that include psychological staging techniques to market their home to sell lightning fast and for much more money!

Susan is a visionary and an integral part of our MS&D Team. Responsible for some of the highest above list price staged properties in Masterpiece’s history (some more than $200K over list price), her artistry and design vision have allowed Masterpiece to reach the top echelons of the staging world. Under her leadership, Masterpiece Staging & Design has won Top 10 Luxury Staging Team in the USA. She leads our team by staying current and on trend in the luxury design industry and is responsible for implementing the unique MS&D look across all types of stages whether traditional, modern, transitional. No one has better taste than Susan.

Stager
Born in Jerusalem, Juleen encountered her love of design at an early age. She knew she wanted to come to the US after she studied abroad in London… Juleen made her dream a reality when she was accepted to Marymount University and majored in Interior Design. Her experience in several international Interior Design firms, furniture construction firms, and design retailers has given her an amazing sense of style and eye for design. No detail gets past Juleen’s careful observation! Her education and experience brings a global perspective to MS&D. She is a design STAR… she finds such joy in seeing her designs please clients and home buyers alike!
